Help with a virus on my friends computer?

I was at school today and noticed my friend about to throw her laptop at the wall. Me and my friend went over to help and there is this awful virus that has harmed just about everything on her computer. I cant open task manager, anything in control panel, or use the internet. To make it worse she has no anti virus software. I believe her operating system is windows vista. She also says all she did was check her email and go on facebook. I’m going to work on it at lunch tomorrow and I was wondering if someone with more experience might know some more than me. Thanks!
ok I would do that but I can’t use the internet. It doesn’t work. I don’t know any other way to get those on her computer. I’m on my computer now not hers.
